Membership Level: Concierge

By joining the Concierge level service boat owners also have access to their own YBM Support Agent who is, in effect, their own "Assistant", helping source and organise services and products the Members may need for their boats.

Just ask us and we will organise what you need, recording and managing all actions through YBM Connect boat management platform, allowing you to stay in complete control whilst we do the legwork for you.

Pricing Guideline:

Subscription to the Concierge service is $500 + GST per year.

Membership Level: Concierge Plus

Concierge Plus is a suite of addition services, resources and facilities offered to Members subscribed to the Concierge service which can be used occasionally or regularly depending on what you need at the time. Some of these include:

• Planning, covering areas such a preventative maintenance and your plans for the use of your boat.

• Event management, organising the events you might like to do with your boat such as long cruise or racing regattas.

• Budgeting and budget management.

• Accounts tracking including organising payments of your suppliers invoices and tracking of expenditure against costs.

• Crew communications, providing a central "notice board" and email chat to keep your crews informed and engaged.
