Online (or, if feasible, in person) meeting with your YBM Support Agent to discuss what you want to do with your business in the short, medium and long term. We will facilitate the development of a roadmap for the direction you want to go in.

We will also work to identify key opportunities and obstacles for the business and, using YBM Connect, put together key steps and points of measurement to help progress down that path.

Using YBM Connect, you will be able to track the plan and its progress and we will be able to collaborate to make sure we are working as a team. We will also be able to review progress, adapt and amend as necessary as time goes on.
